Automatic Grinder

Mastercam Software – Version X9 Solids, Wire, Lathe, Mill

• CNC lathe 2 axis capabilities, including deep face grooving. Chucking work up to 10” and bar work up to 2” diameter.

• CNC mill with full 4th axis capabilities. Rigid tapping and thread milling. 20”x40”x20” work envelope. Shaft splining. Bevel gears.

• Wire EDM machining, 4 axis, submerged with wire threading. We routinely thread .045” dia. start holes. Flat gears.

• Automatic 3 axis surface grinding. 12”x24”x10” work envelope. HSS and Carbide
